As the days get brighter for longer, bedtime can become more of a challenge. Unfortunately, we can’t turn the sun off (if it’s not raining), so there are a few things you can do to help your little one sleep.


šŸ½ļøServe dinner early

šŸ“šRead books about bedtime

😓 Try to keep nap times and bedtimes consistent

🧸Role play your bedtime routine with teddy/doll (for toddlers and older children)

šŸ“µAvoid screen time in the lead up to bedtime

šŸ›€Have a consistent bedtime routine

šŸ›ļøChoose lightweight, breathable sleepwear and bedding which are appropriate for the temperature

šŸŒ‘ Use black out curtains

šŸŽ¶ Try white noise
