🌞 Top tips to help your little one sleep when it's light outside🌞

As the days get brighter for longer, bedtime can become more of a challenge. Unfortunately, we can’t turn the sun off (if it’s not raining), so there are a few things you can do to help your little one sleep.

🍽️Serve dinner early

📚Read books about bedtime

😴 Try to keep nap times and bedtimes consistent

🧸Role play your bedtime routine with teddy/doll (for toddlers and older children)

📵Avoid screen time in the lead up to bedtime

🛀Have a consistent bedtime routine

🛏️Choose lightweight, breathable sleepwear and bedding which are appropriate for the temperature

🌑 Use black out curtains

🎶 Try white noise

Remember, each child is unique, and it may take some trial and error to find what works best for your little one so try to be patient and stay consistent 💕😊
